Richard DiNapoli received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019 and his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2022. As a young attorney, Richard worked in investment management and securities law for a Washington, D.C. firm before joining Moustakas Nelson.

 

During his legal education, Richard was the Managing Editor of The Regulatory Review, where he governed daily publication of online content related to regulatory law and policy at the local, state, federal, and international levels. Richard’s time as a member of The Regulatory Review fueled his interest in government regulations and enhanced his collaborative and writing abilities.

 

Outside of the law, Richard brings a healthy obsession with Philadelphia sports teams and the musicality of a marching percussionist to the firm.
