Robert “Rob” Hagerty has been practicing law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for thirty-seven years, representing employers in all facets of employment and labor law. He spent twenty-five of those years at a prominent Southern New Jersey firm where he served as the chair of its Employment Department.
Mr. Hagerty is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He has tried multiple jury cases to verdict and has successfully represented employers in dozens of labor arbitrations. As a result of his trial experience, Mr. Hagerty is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Rob served as Treasurer for the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court, an organization dedicated to the education and mentoring of new employment law attorneys by experienced members of the bar. He ran the South Jersey section of the Inn for several years and was honored to receive the Outstanding Member of the Year Award from the Inn. Rob has also lectured and written extensively on employment law. He is well versed in both federal and state laws related to workplace discrimination, whistleblowing, wrongful discharge, and more.
