Douglas Nelson is a founding partner of the firm, where he counsels startups, entrepreneurs, and established businesses in a variety of transactional business matters, primarily in the technology, internet, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.

Doug also advises investors and emerging companies regarding financing, both bank and privately funded ventures.

Further, as an experienced rare book professional, Doug represents institutions, dealers, auction houses, and collectors in all matters surrounding the acquisition, transfer, and sale of art and other collectibles.
